What you will do
- Perform detailed deep cleans and top-to-bottom resets
- Remove fine dust and debris after construction and renovation
- Clean windows, sills, vents, cabinets, and fixtures
- Work with a crew to finish jobs on schedule
- Leave every space ready for the owner
What we are looking for

- No experience required, we teach the process

New team members start with training on our checklists, our cleaning products, and how we care for the spaces clients entrust to us. You are never expected to guess, because the scope for each job is written down, and you have a lead to ask when something is unclear.
We hire for reliability, attention to detail, and a good attitude. Experience helps, but it is not required, and we would rather teach our standard than undo old habits.
