What you will do
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to our checklist
- Run routine, deep-clean, and move-in or move-out visits
- Use our own all-natural cleaning solution made in Ohio
- Treat each home with respect and care for belongings
- Communicate with your team lead about anything unusual

- Reliable transportation to job sites in Mahoning County
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- A friendly, respectful attitude with clients
- Willingness to pass a background check
- No cleaning experience required, we train you

New team members start with training on our checklists, our cleaning products, and how we care for the spaces clients entrust to us. You are never expected to guess, because the scope for each job is written down, and you have a lead to ask when something is unclear.
We hire for reliability, attention to detail, and a good attitude. Experience helps, but it is not required, and we would rather teach our standard than undo old habits.
